Message:		Has she ever given you one? If you have her name etc. and SIN no., you can go ahead and file the correct amount, and Revenue will deal with her. That's only if she doesn't give you a receipt whe you request and only if there was an understanding that receipt would be provided. I am honest with my parents. Falling out or not, we are obligated to give receipt if we are running our business legitimately.
