If you break down the actual time the kids are not with you it is way closer to a fulltime spot than a part time. I only do the Catholic school and its 1/2 days every day. I leave the kids at 9 when the enter the school and leave my house again at 11:15 to get them. I charge $125/week (which should be more like $130 imo) and have never had trouble getting kids with that rate. I believe the centres charge up to $160 plus transportation. I have charged the same rate for kids who go 2 days plus every other Friday.
For just before and after school I charge $75 but am very close to raising it to $90 as many providers in my area get that.
I charge $175 for babies right up until they start school.
My hours are 7:30 to 5:15. |
