Do you charge per day or do you charge a flat rate for the week? I have a flat rate this way I get paid regardless of the number of days. Of course it is lower then full time but a fee that I feel is fair and makes it worth my while to fill a full time spot with a part time child. I wouldn't be able to let someone go just because I could fill the spot, that is why I think whatever child you take on (part-time or full-time) should be right for you. |
