Full-Time vs. Part Time Spots! |

I have had 2 spots openings for a while now (almost a mth and a half). The two spots that i have are one is full time and one is part time (Tues,Thurs, and every other friday). But the calls i have been getting so far, they all require part time care for the other days (mon, wed., and some fridays). So, the question is: do i keep waiting, hoping to get full time, or part time (tues, thurs, and every other friday), or do i just fill the full time spot with only mon, wed., and some fridays, and whenever i get full time, I would let the part timer go? Do daycares do that? Because it will be very hard for me to let somebody go(i would feel terrible!!)I am new in the business and really need an advise on that from all experienced providers!
