Yes I am charging my dcp just like all the other stat. days and the civic holiday as it is in my handbook. I charge them if the stat days falls on their regular daycare day; so my part timers don't pay as Monday is not there regular day. But my 3 full timers do pay and I am closed!! My birthday is the Tues. after so a nice weekend for me!! Plus Friday Feb. 15 is a P.A. day too so a long weekend for my own children!!
