Runic text Tattoo

Hi, I'm pretty new to the Runes and so far I find them very interesting!
I have been thinking about getting a tattoo down my left arm for a long time now, and I think these runes both look like, and represent exactly what I'd like to have carved on my body for the rest of my life!
Altho, to give you an example http://www.cityofangel.com/behindTheScenes/bts4/images/chrisKane/chrisTattoo.jpg This is the general layout I'd like to have (I'm only going for the one on the arm).

Putting a tattoo on your body is pretty serious, and I really wouldn't like to get the wrong meaning or anything like that. So I'm looking to put upto 25 runes on the arm, that will all tilt to the side a bit and go in a circle like movement down the arm. The tattoo will start at my shoulder, and go down to my forearm.
I was wondering if the tilting of the runes would change the meaning of them? Also, lets say I put Uruz, Eihwaz, Pertho all in a row.(being Strength - Survival - Fate) Does it have some other meaning if I put them together? In general, could I put any 25 runes in a row, and they could all have singular meanings, but not work as a text?

I'd appreciate all feedback! thank you very much, Axel

Re: Runic text Tattoo

Reading a bit more about it, I understand that it would translate into some complete jibberish putting them in a random rotation.
But I came to notice there are 25 runes in the alphabet, so wouldn't it be convenient to just put the alphabet itself as the tattoo?
So if i'd put the entire alphabet on my arm, tilted a bit, could I then say all the runes have individual meanings, and not be a completely jibberish text?

Re: Runic text Tattoo

Hi
you say yourself that you are completely new to the runes. So my advice is that you give both - yourself and the runes - some time to unfold. As you say, tatoos are a serious matter as they (should) last a lifetime. Wouldn't it be a pity if you tatoo now something that you would have done different in a while once you come to know the runes better?
So - if i was in your place I would wait, read about the runes and meditate on them. Make yourself a set of runes and wait what they have got for you. I had dreams about different runes and groups of runes and maybe your 'dream'tatoo will come to you in this or another way.
