Pro Evo XBox Live Super League.
Ok, so how is this **** gonna go down? Well. There are 6 members of the league. -Matt -Rick -Honer -MP -Hodge -Jonny How many games? Each person will play everyone else 4 times making a total of 20 games each. What team? There are four pots of teams. Pot A has the best club teams on the game. - Chelsea, Man Utd, Real Madrid, Barcelona, AC Milan and Inter. They are all equal and a draw will take place to identify which of these teams you are allocated. Everybody will play each other once, and that is your first 5 games done. Pot B has a second group of teams, all similar in ability on the game. - Arsenal, Lyon, Roma, Valencia, Bayern Munich, Liverpool. Each player will be allocated another team, and they will play each other. Pot C is similar, consisting of: - PSV, Atletico Madrid, Spurs, Porto, Celtic and Fenebahce. Pot D is the international round. - England, France, Italy, Spain, Argentina and Brazil. Now, this may all seem confusing, but it really isn't. If you get drawn, for example, Man Utd (Pot A), Lyon (Pot B), Spurs (Pot C) and Italy (Pot D), your fixture list would look like this: Man Utd vs Chelsea, Real, Barca, Inter and AC (all pot A teams) Lyon vs Arsenal, Roma, Valencia, Bayern Munich and Liverpool (all pot B teams) Spurs vs PSV, Atletico, Porto, Celtic and Fenebahce (all pot C teams) and Italy vs England, France, Spain, Argentina and Brazil (all pot D teams) Therefore as you can see you get a varied number of games against everyone. But what is the point of all this? Can't we just pick one team and be them all the time? Well yes, but that would be boring wouldn't it? This mixes it up a little whilst also allowing for the best player to rise to the top. If the league consisted of just one team each and I had Barcelona and I won, it could be put down to the fact that Barca are slightly better than everyone else. This cuts down such reasoning as it is unlikely you will get drawn the best possible team in each group and with all teams in each pot of similar quality, it will truly find out who the best player is. |

Then they should get it on the Xbox! The draw has been done. Jonny has Chelsea, Roma, Atletico Madrid and France. Hodgy has Real Madrid, Lyon, Celtic and Italy. Honer has Man Utd, Valencia, Spurs and England. Matt has Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Fenerbahce and Spain. MP has AC Milan, Arsenal, Porto and Argentina. Rick has Inter, Liverpool, PSV and Brazil. |
