The Match
I know we give each other a lot of banter over the internet during the season but hats must go off to you gold boys for todays performance, from the off you battled hard and made it very difficult for the Lions to get into their stride. The Lions didnt play well and had a couple of players missing but that doesnt take anythink away from the Gold boys today. Hats off!!!! |

We had a couple of players missing too! But we knew we wouldn't outplay you so just tried to battle as hard as we could, which we did, and although you were all over us, you didn't have that many clear cut chances. Of course you did deserve to win, but we definitely made you work for it! |
