what are the deductions?
I have a coach wanting to teach a cartwheel on beam the following way: (left cartwheel) The cartwheel starts as it should. After they place their hands side by side and are ready to come up he wants them to shift their left hand beside the right hand on the beam.(hand stand hand position) His theory is that will force them to come up square. Which it does but wouldn't that be an extra or incorrect hand placement? How would you judge that? thanks! |
