Message:		No to the comp plan. the state requires it ,provides no money for it. another way to tax us.also no to annexation, cut back on spending. tansfer tax is drying up so cut back . someone on the council should talk about cutting taxes and give the home owners a break. instead they jump on every dumb idea that is presented.
