I believe that it would be helpful to have a copy of the proposal for the comprehensive plan on the net. Reading the proposal ahead of the Nov. 18 meeting would certainly help me to understand what the contractor is planning to do for the Town and may reduce the number of questions. Might even win over some of the objections of why the Town has agreed to the most expensive possible contractor. |
