My suggestion is to first find yourself a Urologist that you CAN talk to. Visit several and get their opinions. Any good Urologist should be able to perform the standard biopsy (not sure about color doppler). You've found a very good tool here, most on here have been thru just about any treatment plan that's out there ... read them all if you can ... education is the key right now.
