Message:		The new Polish boat is looking good at the side of all the others. She looks a bit chunky to my mind but hopefully there will be plenty of interest. The alternatives involve spending "loads of money" with the exception of the Calcutt offering which seems like a good way of getting afloat cheaply. The marina at Tattenhall works out at £2800 a year for a mooring so it will be interesting to see what the Ownerships rate is.
