Message:   Another problem with visitor moorings, certainly in early Spring and late Summer, is that long stayers/bridge hoppers take up most of the spaces. It's quite obvious what they are doing but BW seem content to let them stay there. And don't get me started on those who moor at water points with a hose attached to the tap but nothing else happening.
