Scanner Compactability problem
I a haveing Umax Astra 2400S Scanner. I am using it on winXP Platform with Photoshop CS. I am not able to scan it through Photoshop CS. I am also not able to refresh Scanner from win XP |

I have never used a scanner before. So, I can't answer this question with authority. However, I would suggest that you try your scanner with another computer running WinXP to see if the problem is with your scanner or Windows installation. If the scanner works fine with the other machine, then I suggest you uninstall old drivers adn then install new ones. Or, you could do a clean install of windows and add the drivers of your scanner along with other hardware. Make sure you have the latest Windows Service Packs and driver updates. |
