ram upgradation
I have PIII 1.1 Ghz Intel CPU with 128 Mb 100Mhz SDRAM I upgraded it with one more stick of 128MB SDRAM 133Mhz. It worked nice for one hour then displayed page fault in nonpaged area. i increased the virtual memory limits also to min.384MB and Max.500MB..but problem is not solved. Can't we mix 133Mhz and 100Mhz RAM sticks.? My old RAM has NEC chips and newer RAM is some PERX so i don't want to loose my old RAM |

You cannot mix RAM modules that have different speeds. All RAM modules on a motherboard should have the same speed. Remove the old RAM module and work with new one. |
