Its a PUT-N-TAKE fishery with trout. I hate the thought of calling it fishing but atleast your fly fishing and thats like bow hunting I guess. Good time to start looking into the fly fishing only sections. These area's got BIG trout and not normally over crowded especially in JUNE or late May. Wait till the crowd goes away ( the ones that say its fished out!)Here in Dauphin County > fly fishing is the only way I would go or remote stream sections. Don't go anymore but I would just to catch pickerel as a bonus on the fly and fall fish. |
