Message:		I researched yor minnow plastic and came up with this > Ron's Wholesale bait has them and they are in West Hanover twp.(Harrisburg,Pa).They claim the plastic (rubber) minnow was made in MILLERSBURG but is no longer produced today. Ron's has about a dozen of them (small ones). (they have a spinner on the front of them???)They have them for sale. Hope this helps!
