  1. How do I schedule an event?
    For your convenience, you may go to my website to download a copy of the contract and to pay fees (Before paying, please call to check date availability). I can also mail a contract to you. Please complete and return it with your deposit and keep a copy of your payment(s). I will receive an email for each online payment. The deposit guarantees that your date & time will not be given to another, but the final balance is required for me to arrive for service. If time is short, we can do a cash "quick meet" where you'll receive the confirmation/receipt immediately.

  2. How much notice do you need?
    I must receive your deposit & contract two weeks prior to your event. The deposit guarantees that your date & time will not be given to another, but the final balance is required for me to arrive for service. The remaining balance is due 2 business days before your event. However, I do try to work with customers who have special situations.

  3. What type of payments do you accept?
    Cash, checks, Paypal or money orders. There is a $35 return check fee in addition to all applicable bank fees. For online payments, please keep a copy of your payments. I will receive an email for each payment.

  4. How much is the deposit?
    For Basic: $60, Bonus: $90, & Deluxe: $115. For Large Events: $150; Non-Profit: $60. The deposit secures your date & time, but the final balance is required for me to arrive for service.

  5. What is a scheduling fee?
    This is $25 of the fee paid that is not refunded during cancellations. If my services are cancelled, this fee is compensation for processing efforts.

  6. Can I mail my deposit or my final payment?
    Yes, but it is important that I receive the deposit & contract two weeks prior to your event to secure your date and time. I must receive final payment 2 business days before your event for me to arrive for service. Please do not send cash in the mail.

  7. Do you stay over-time?
    Yes, with the customer's permission and if the time is available. Overtime is $20 per half hour.

    The charges are for the time, effort, supplies, gas and materials required to maintain this business on a professional level.

  9. What do you do at birthday parties?
    I provide face painting, balloon twisting and silly magic. Since the birthday child is the star, they receive a special balloon and face painting design. My job is to keep the kids busy with clown fun to give the parents a break! Note: Balloons may arrive twisted.

    I love to face paint! I use Wolfe Brothers FX Face Paints because they are gentle on the skin and the colors are so vibrant!

  13. Are the face paints permanent color?
    Oh, no! They can be easily removed with a gentle soap and warm water.

  14. Is there an age limit on face painting?
    Not really. If a little one is still enough I can put a cool design on them in less than a minute.

  15. What is in your magic show?
    My magic show is designed for laughs and include children's music, card tricks, gimmicks, kiddie jokes, rope tricks, etc. However, no live animals, smoke or fire is ever used.

  16. Why is the magic show extra time & money?
    The magic show requires more time and effort because it must be set up, performed and taken down without revealing the secrets of the magic.

  17. What is a Large Event?
    A Large Event is any celebration where an unlimited number of people are expected. It includes either face painting or balloon twisting. This program is $300 for the first 2 hrs. and has a 2 hrs. minimum.

  18. Do you have a discount for non-profit organizations?
    The non-profit discount is 40% off the "Large Events" fee. This program is $180 for the first 2 hrs. and has a 2 hrs. minimum.

  19. If my event is less than 1 week away, can you still come?
    Yes, if the date & time are available. Please add $10 (Last Minute Fee) to your total.

  20. If I have to cancel your services, what do I do?
    Please call 48 hrs. before the date of your event to receive your refund, minus the $25 scheduling fee.

  21. Can I reschedule your services?
    Yes, if your new date & time are available. Just give me a call and I'll be glad to reschedule you.

  22. If I do not reschedule, what is your refund policy?
    A cancellation form must be completed to receive your refund within 1 week of cancellation, minus the $25 scheduling fee. Your refund is in the same mode as your payment.

  23. What if I pay for your services and you do not show up?
    If I am unable to show up, I, or my staff, will contact you immediately. You will also receive a full refund if a replacement clown can not be found for you along with a special gift for your trouble. My goal is to make sure you have a happy clown experience. So unless an extreme emergency occurs, I will be there on time!

  24. What is your drive time?
    20 minutes from my base near Lambert Airport. If your event is over 20 minutes away, please add $10 for each increment of 15 minutes to your total.

    My hours are 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday-Saturday. I do not have services on Sundays.
